Great institutions and enterprises need patient and hard labour to become big and important. In the ancient times Rome was a very small and ordinary town. It grew into a very big and important town gradually and become the greatest town in Europe. It was the capital of the Roman Empire. It attained this status not in a day but it took centuries of hard and devoted labour of its citizens. This is true with all institutions and enterprises. The process of building up is slow and steady progress. The planning and execution require patient and wise decisions. Haste and hurry should have no room in these matters. Haste makes waste and hurry makes a bad curry. Hence, it is truly said that "Roman was not built in a day".
